With love and friendship, Kimberly would like to respectfully acknowledge the Ktunaxa and Secwépemc peoples, whose beautiful unceded lands she was raised on and where she lives, works, and paints. Kimberly feels it an honour to learn and grow together through listening and engagement and hopes to support a bright future that is radiant with love and respect to all Beings.
KIMBERLY OLSON
peace places
A visual artist with over a decade of experience in the healing arts, Kimberly creates peace places and visual spaces that promote healing and peace of mind. She hopes to capture an aliveness, a wakefulness that harnesses the varied fluctuations of living a human life.

Kimberly's work and life are highly influenced by her spiritual practice in Theravada Buddhism. In this exhibition she explores concepts of Anicca (impermanence), Anatta (non-self, interdependence) and renewal. Her work reflects the complex relationships of all things that create and bring this life and experience into fruition.
