With love and friendship, Kimberly would like to respectfully acknowledge the Ktunaxa and Secwépemc peoples, whose beautiful unceded lands she was raised on and where she lives, works, and paints. This love, respect, and acknowledgement extend to the Métis who have chosen this land as home. Kimberly feels it an honour to learn and grow together through listening and engagement and hopes to support a bright future that is radiant with love and respect to all Beings.

Expression and emotion is the mechanism behind Kimberly's meditative, abstract landscapes. Her intuitive markings become an exciting process of quick thinking, continually responding to the moment and creating a composition with the attempt to find balance through unpredictable results of the acrylic inks. Finding just enough movement, direction, space, peace, and exhilaration in each composition is a constant challenge, but an enjoyable challenge at that!
